Foreign company registration process:

1. Approved name for industry and commerce: provide copies ofIDcards of all shareholders, legal persons and finance, 3-5companynames, registered capital of the company, the proportionofshareholders' capital contribution and capital contributionperiod,scope of business of the company, contact address of thecompany,mobile phone numbers of shareholders, legal persons andfinance(legal persons and finance try to provide real name mobilephonenumbers, finance if entrusted to us to do, financialinformation weprovide).
1.工商核準(zhǔn)名稱：提供所有股東、法人和財(cái)務(wù)的身份證復(fù)印件，公司名稱3-5個(gè)，公司注冊(cè)資本，股東出資比例及出資期限，公司經(jīng)營范圍，公司聯(lián)系地址、股東、法人和財(cái)務(wù)的手機(jī)號(hào)（法人、財(cái)務(wù)盡量提供實(shí)名制的手機(jī)號(hào)，財(cái)務(wù)如果委托我們做，財(cái)務(wù)信息我們提供）。
2. Business registration materials: "Articles ofAssociation","Resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting","Application forRegistration of Company Establishment", "EnterpriseInformationCommitment", copy of the lease agreement of theregistered addresshouse and property certificate, etc.

3.簽署工商注冊(cè)材料:公司名稱核準(zhǔn)后，需由股東、法定代表人、監(jiān)事簽署《公司章程》、《企業(yè)告知承諾書》、《股東會(huì)決議》等工商注冊(cè)材料（已實(shí)行無紙化操作的區(qū)域，可下載APP直接實(shí)名認(rèn)證和電子簽名，無需身份確認(rèn)。外資、分公司、合伙企業(yè)、股東是外地公司的不適用該無紙化操作流程。）
4. Application for business licence: signed businessregistrationmaterials, housing lease agreement, etc., and reportedto theMarket Supervision Administration for approval, for thecompany'sbusiness licence (three certificates in one).

HanDan registered companies have quite strict re fornames, inaddition to the fact that they must not be duplicatedwith analready registered company, and the company name mustconsist of 2or more Chinese characters. However, most foreigncompany clientsuse English or other characters in their namesabroad, so it isparticularly important to combine the foreign namewith the Chinesename registered in China.

現(xiàn)我國實(shí)行注冊(cè)資本認(rèn)繳制，寫多少都可以，一定要與公司規(guī)模相符。注冊(cè)資金過高可能會(huì)引起有關(guān)部門的嚴(yán)查，但倘若注冊(cè)資本太低，則不能獲得審批部門通過，通過了，今后在銀行開戶、企業(yè)運(yùn)作中也會(huì)遇到很多問題，導(dǎo)致終不得不增資或者追加外債，適當(dāng)?shù)淖?cè)資本也不容忽視。
